If you remember a few years back, there were some riots and protests because of the shooting of a man by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. The city of St. Louis endured lots of riots, protests, destruction of property, and looting that eventually spread to other major cities across the United States. Well, it has all started back up again over a similar but different circumstance. When the protestors block the roads, emergency vehicles cannot reach their patients in time, parents cannot get home to their children as they get off buses, and there are traffic stand-stills.

  • Please pray that the riot participants would find more effective and useful ways to protest than blocking traffic.
  • Please pray that criminals would not take advantage of the chaos to loot or destroy property.
  • Please pray that these riots would not spread to other cities.
  • Please pray that people around the world would see the beauty of all people just as God does and to treat them with respect.
  • Please pray that police officers would be protected.

Thank you so much for your prayers. May God bless you!

Lord we lay this matter before you and pray , Lord please bless. Take control of the situation so that there be no loss of life and property. Bless the people there to protest peacefully. In Jesus Holy name, Amen!
