Partly my fault. I was working hard the past couple weeks to get everything listed up on ebay, often times working til 1 in the morning. Last night I was exhausted yet worked up and even though I was in bed a little before midnight, I couldn't get to sleep til after 1:30. I woke up around 7, needed to go back to sleep, so I took a sleep aid. My phone kept going on so I never got back to sleep. Finally just decided to get up and get moving and I have a headache and am just feeling extremely tired.

I have a lot of things planned for this weekend and I don't want to feel sluggish and sick. Please pray that all these symptoms will disappear and that I'll feel awake soon and just feel better. I actually feel slight pressure behind my eyes which to me is still tiredness.

Don't do it all in one night. Turn off the phone. Go to bed earlier. Lather, rinse, repeat..

Prayers for feeling rejuvenated, Mania Star.

Have you ever tried having an essence of lavender infused bath when
sleep eludes you? I have found it extremely helpful over the years :)

it sounds like you are asking us to pray to God and ask Him to excuse yourself for
abusing yourself in ways that are 'interfering' with your 'sleep'! 'HELLO!!!:eek:

by the way, it's more than 'partly-your-fault'...:rolleyes:
