Soc1, Heavenly Father, I lift up this father & daughter to you in prayer. Lord, I pray that You would bring a complete restoration of their relationship, where healing, unity & trust is restored. Lord, You have heard cry of Soc1'1 heart, and You see the pain he has been feeling within his heart with this strained relationship with his daughter. Lord, I pray that healing would come & rest upon the mind & heart of this daughter. Give her the clarity & understanding within her mind & heart to know that her dad loves her dearly, and to give this relationship another chance to grow & become all that the Lord would desire it to be. Lord, soften her heart, and bring healing to her emotionally, spiritually & physically. Lord, I trust that You have heard these prayers on behalf of Soc1, and there will be reconciliation between this father & daughter. I pray for Soc1, that he will find his strength & peace in You Lord. May You strengthen every area of his life, as give him the faith to believe that in You Lord all things are possible. In Jesus name!

I pray that God divinely touches your daughter's body and rid her of all disease and illness! I also pray that your family be made whole and that you are able to find peace. Seek God and hold on to Him; He will never leave or forsake you.

I will continue to pray. Be blessed!

Thank you so much Violet.

I know I shouldnt doubt, but this has been going on a long time, and Im scared of losing my baby to this terrible disorder that she has. I wasnt a perfect parent, but I was a good father, and a great Daddy. I just wish she could remember the good we had. I have hundreds of photos of her and I having a good time together, you know Disney the Zoo, etc. and she doesnt remember any of them, just knows that it is her in the Photos. Im quite lost without her, she has always been my world

Keep praying, I understand about mental illness because I was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1996. I'm taking care the best way of my husband he's got terminal cancer and blames me that I'm not there for him, it hurts. I am there. The things I've had to face is unreal. But there's time for your daughter, it's Gods timing Always. Just keep less anxious and trust in God. Things will work out. I pray everyday to God. God bless you

I am so sorry for this deep pain you are experiencing. Broken family relationships are so painful that it can feel overwhelming. But God knows the depths of our pain and has promised to be the lifter of our head. I do add my prayers for God to not only heal your heart of this terrible pain but for God to also make a way for you and your daughter to have a fulfilling relationship. God knows her mental capacity and is the only one who could create a way for meaningful communication to happen between the two of you. Our God is able to do more than we ask or imagine. I pray that God will comfort you in your waiting and renew your strength to carry on with your life day by day. God bless you!

That will be a glorious day for all of us! I think this forum is an excellent place for receiving prayer and encouragement. I also wanted to share that I find great encouragement from the resources on the Focus on the Family website. I thought you might want to take a look as well. They have many topics to explore including resources on emotional health and resources on strengthening our faith as we press on through the challenges of this life. Blessings!

Im very said, I wont give up but I need God to help her and I soon, she doesnt want to spend the holidays with me or her birthday, we have nver missed them, Im broken hearted over this.

Please pray for a miracle, We need one.

In my experience, the hardest part about dealing with a mental illness in a loved one is the unpredictability of it. I am sorry that the evening took a bad turn. That is frustrating and disappointing and completely out of your control. And even though she doesn't want to spend her birthday with you, you can still demonstrate your love for her by giving a card/gift so she knows that you were thinking of her. Praying for peace for both of you. And YES to the miracle!

I’m sorry about your situation with your daughter. Haveyou consider to pray to Jesus, that He takes the control of this situation?Even in the deepest darkness there’s always hope. Please, it is a hardsituation that you are living now, but do not feel discourage. The enemy wantsto take out your peace and he wants that you do not trust in God. Do not allowhim to do that to you. Now more than before Praise the Lord in these momentsthat you do not know when your daughter is going to come back but God is afaithful God full of mercy and generosity and He never abandon us and will hearyour prayers. You can count with our prayers also for your and you can reunitewith your daughter soon. Keep us – posted please, OK
