Please pray for me.

I am tired all the time. I am so tired that I get mental problems, like feeling depressed and even having suicidal thoughts. I just do my best and take it day by day. I work fulltime. I give it my all. But when I get home I cant do anything. I am too tired. I often go and sleep til the next day. I feel I am not giving my little daugher the attention she needs. I am too tired for that too. I feel I am not the mother I would like to be. This makes me so sad. But I really do not have the energy left. I can not push my boundries anymore. My body can not take it.

I’m so sorry to hear that, mama. Wish I could give you a hug. I know how difficult and exhausting it must be for you. Life can be stressful and overwhelming at times. Please don’t get stressed out. Take some time for yourself. I just said a prayer for you, asking God to surround you with His comfort, strength, and peace. Do you have a support group nearby? Have you ever considered talking to a counselor? A good counselor might be able to give you some solid guidance. I know it’s not easy, but stay strong. Hugs!

You said IT, littlestarsmum! Yes... prayer is needed here, yet online prayer is likely NOT enough for what ails this young Christian mum. Community is so important for "helps" in this situ and ONE important help here would be "relief support"! Not to mention: meals and mentoring and counsel from older, mature Christian mums. I'm not excluding professional or pastoral counselling, but if these other things are available FIRST there may not be the need for the professional counselling (or the antidepressants for that matter). And I speak that as a professional and ordained Christian therapist in private practice F/T since 1999.

Lord, I pray that You would lift this woman's head. Give her energy and the fullness of Christ You have promised us in Your Word. Help this person to show all of the fruit of the Holy Spirit and inspire her to be a great mother. Give her a glimpse of the bright future You have for her. Place around her a large group of friends and family that can support her during this time. Help her to know in her heart and be motivated to receive professional help because it is not normal for any of Your holy and blessed children to ever want to die rather than live. Life is a precious gift. Thank You for it. In Christ's Name, Amen.

read His Words, and in your over-powering needs, bring your little one into bed
with you if you are to tired to go about, she will love just to snuggle and talk
and be held with her mom...this will comfort and assure any child that they
are loved and cherished...

Angelique,
It sounds like you are constantly giving of yourself and not being refilled. Do you have places where you can go to be around other Christian women? Are you a part of a Bible study? Do you have babysitters who can watch your daughter while you go do something you enjoy doing? Do you have a trusted pastor or counselor that you can talk to about the struggles you are facing? I know that life is hard and heavy when you try to walk it alone. Please reach out to those people around you who could help you if they were aware of how you are feeling. If you are not comfortable doing that, there are counselors that you can call for a free consultation, and they will help you figure out a plan that is best for you. Their phone number is 1-855-771-4357. They are available 6am-8pm Mountain Time on the weekdays.
