Please pray for me. Sometimes I feel really anixous and start feeling things like feeling hot and possibly light headed. My doctor is saying I was having panic attacks during those times. Much of the time this happens is at work. The main worry I think I am having at those times is about fainting. I think I just need to push pass these feelings until it subsides. Pray I will deal well with anxiety and not worry, but trust God.

If it's mild try a natural supplement like Gaba capsules. Just open one into a bottle of water and drink the water. A good idea is to take a big drink at first then sip on it.
Probably need a health food or vitamin store, or online. Wal-Mart and such won't sell it.

Dear lord we pray for your blessing over one of your children who suffers from anxiety. Please lord, hear our and Cherie's prayers for your tender hand, blessings such that she is able to find peace of mind and peace within her heart and soul. Help her to find the means and capability to relieve herself of undue concerns that may be causing her unnecessary stress and panic. Dear lord help Cherie to know and find peace thru the Serenity Prayer:
"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference. "
God Bless

Thank you! They are not nearly as mad as in high school. Then I had thought sometimes I would die and have yelled multiple times. It was reasurring what the doctor told me.

Thank you for your advice. I had not even thought of vitamins.

I’m so sorry to hear that, CherieR. I know it’s not easy to go through anxiety. Wish I could give you a hug. Are you seeing a therapist/counselor? A caring professional would be in an excellent position to offer support and help you to cope with your difficulties. I just said a prayer for you, asking the Lord to surround you with His comfort and peace. Remember that you deserve to feel better and you don’t need to carry your burdens alone. You can always come here to share and we’re all here to support you. Sending hugs & prayers your way!

Lord, thank You that we do not have a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind. Please bless Cherie with all of these promises according to Your Word in 2Timothy 1:7 (KJV). In Christ's Name, Amen.

I'm not seeing a therapist right now, but I have a way of contacting her if I want to. I don't think there is too much more that a therapist could tell me that I am not fimiliar with. If I set up some sessions then, it might be more so for support.

Hugs and prayers! I can relate to the horrible pit of anxiety especially during times of uncertainty or stress. Prayer helps me so much as well as focusing on God's beautiful promises all throughout His word. I hope and pray you are able to have this burden lifted from you and you start to feel the relief and calming peace and joy of God's eternal love and care for you.

1 Peter 5:7 "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you."

Blessings & peace!
