Don't know how exactly to say this but I'm not exactly the most holiest person or most spiritual person you'll ever meet. I'm a Christian, that'll hopefully never change however I feel something's missing. I see friends in my church really encounter God and have an experience with him but I haven't to that degree. I just want prayer for help in resisting temptation and hopefully one to day to really have that encounter with God. I know some will say I have to do it on my own but any prayers help.
Need prayer for help in my walk with Christ.

this might sound strange, but do you own a bible? this really helped me .. meaning, I attended church a few years ago, just thought singing and praying was all what was to it as to speak, but I was totally wrong. I woman presented me with a bible in 2015 (I'm very new to my life with god) .. and only recently I have studied it, this has brought me closer and presented my connection with god.
