I am going to see a podiatrist today over both my heels hurting me. Moreso the left one. I am a lab tech and with over 17 years in the hospital field and almost 8 working in a supermarket, those hard floors have taken a toll on my feet I guess. Walking on concrete floors with only tiles, its rough.

I was wearing a pair a shoes that had memory foam and after a few months, my heels started hurting me. So I wore another pair with memory foam in them, thinking maybe the foam lost its memory...lullz. That didn't help, so I put a pair of orthotic inserts in them, with minimal, if any, improvement. Please pray.

Thanks bunches.

As one with foot issues myself (two surgeries, another one in waiting, and all too often sticking in my mouth lol) I can sympathize.

May the Lord bless and heal your feet or enable your doctor to do so.

I suspect the phrase you will hear today is "bone spurs." I will pray the Lord gives you an answer you can live with. And, if he doesn't, he will give you the strength and knowledge of what to do next.

It is hard enough to work on your feet all day on a hard floor let alone dealing with your feet hurting. Prayer is being said for God to address this for you. You will be light on your feet and a bounce in your step in no time.

The doctor said I have plantar fasciitis. I have a boot-like contraption that I have to wear while I sleep. I have to stretch my facia for three minutes, roll the soles of my feet over two frozen water bottles for two minutes and rub some cream, when I get, it, for one minute, at least twice a day.

Yeesh! I prefer the olden days when I got that. The proper way of dealing with it was wait/hope it goes away. It did. No exercising, no making my foot hurt more over a bottle, no cream.

On the negative side, I hated standing up every single time I stood up! It's nasty!

I'll pray you got the goes-away-after-a-while variety.
