I had written a week or so ago about my uncle having a brain tumor and his up coming appointment to check and see if his treatments had been slowing it down.

Right now he needs prayer with a family issue. His wife whom he has been seperated from for 8 years is taking him to court and trying to get all of his money. He only has maybe five years to live. Vicky (his wife) has also subpoenaed his two daughters to testify against him in court. Over what im not sure. His wife and two kids know he has a brain tumor and is dying. His kids refuse to come see him. Gene (my uncle) is so hurt over this. He isnt one prone to show emotion in any way, but he's been so sad lately it breaks my heart to talk to him. It would take a miracle to resolve this situation. So thats what im asking you all pray for.. A miracle.

I would also like to thank all of you who responded to my last prayer request. Because of what happened the last time all of you prayed for my uncle, my mother specifically asked me to put this prayer request up here, and that is a huge deal if my mom asks me to do something like that. So thank you

I try to pray for every prayer request on here, but often do not post that I am doing so........I prayed for your uncle before, and will do so again/still. Thanks for the update, I am sorry it's been so rough. God Bless.... my prayers are with you and yours.

Nod, I'm praying too...And expecting a miracle!!! That is just so great about your mom asking. Wow...I love it when that happens...

something I thought about as I read your post, your uncle is blessed to have you... more like a daughter & your love is one of his most valued posessions... They cant take that from him & he cant leave with anything but the love of God that is in Christ Jesus. I lift him up and pray for stregth and pray for the judge to have clarity in the case and pray for his representation to know what tools to use to his advantage in this... witness's etc. Mostly though I pray for you & praise the Lord that your mom requested prayer. Nothing on this earth means anything but that doesnt mean that others have the right to take it from him. He should be able to do with his stuff as he see's fit and he doesnt need any more trials. Perhaps it will be dismissed before it even comes to trial. Love to you girl. & of course bless your heart!!!

I hope for the best for your Uncle Gene in the days to come. No one should have to deal with that kind of mistreatment. :(
