Please pray for me. I’m not on any medication. Off and on I have been having really wicked dreams. I’ve had them of my wife doing things and I’ve had them of myself doing things. I didn’t start having these until she left. I fight them off but it bothers me that I am having them.

Praying for your mental and emotional healing. Our minds can really torment us and I think it's mainly demonic.

But we're not totally helpless. Bible study, prayer, interacting with other Christians, getting enough regular sleep, exercise, eating real food, and being careful of what we watch on tv and the internet...all of these help! Developing good habits helps us to be calm and rational.

Replace wicked thoughts with good thoughts. A good place to start is to make a gratitude list....even including people that have hurt you...think about what were the good things that you got out of that relationship; and let the rest go. We can't control other people...only ourselves. This takes practice and determination. And ask yourself "why am I thinking this?" It's called 'thinking about what you're thinking about'. Remember that Satan is prowling around like a lion ready to pounce on God's children. We have to have a strategy for not being his prey.

May God grant you the peace to do this :).

These are some of the best tactics. Praying for you: Dear Father, Stop the attacks on Roninbama and guide him to a place of peace and deeper knowledge of you and the way you want him to live. Comfort him in the loss of his wife/marriage and hold his heart as he works through the storm. Amen
