HELP RASH!!

ok CC i have a rash, i will post pictures of this rash and what i touched before i got the rash and i will also give theories of what i think it is, i would REALLLLY REALLY like suggestion of websites i could post on to get help for this please and thank you and pray for me, im starting to become a lil afraid of what this is.... whatever it is

i was in my backyard pulling weeds and vines of of my fence
i know what poison ivy is (oak also) by sight and experience ive had poison ivy before and this isnt it, it seems, beacause the only plant that had any resemblance to poison ivy i didnt even see till i took pics, it was foot level and i was reaching over my head to pull the vines etc,

now the bumps were small at first but seems to get bigger the more irritated they are, there are also whelps, when i get poison ivy the skin that is raised and itchy looks bruised, this doesnt, and its not just on my arms, my mom has seen a small patch on my neck and ive felt them along my top half, (torso) at the very worst it may be a parasite, there is a dog next door to us, and he looks just like my arms, just redder and he has fur loss because of it. i need help family

by the way my only relief for this is cold, ive tried creams and medicine (benadryll and claritin) but to no avail
i either go to an extremely cold room or sit in front of a high powered fan / airconditioner and wipe down / wet my arms with water and the colder it gets the less it itches

Yikes! I'm sorry that looks painful, but I don't know much about plants or medicine, but I'll keep you in prayers!

I was wondering , could it be neddles?
They are common where I live and do look like this.
We always rubbed deerfern on them to clear it up. But I dont know if you have deer fern there.
vinigar is also a tretment, but without being sure I hate to see you try this as it could be painful.
Ill keep praying that all will heal soon in Jesus!
