I stopped this morning to give a man something to eat. I parked my car, got out and approached, calling for him to come here. He became very defensive and said something like just do it or do it already. I asked what he meant and he said if I was going to spit on him, then do it, so he could get back to work (he was asking for change from passers by). I told him I didn't want to spit on him, that I had food in the car for him if he was hungry. He came and got it and we talked on the tailgate. People pull up, pretending to give them money and spit on them. I had no idea. I give spare money to the homeless all the time. My Ex didn't like it because she said they are going to use it for alcohol and drugs and such but I have always felt compelled to give.

Please join me in praying that the homeless, no matter where they are, can be treated like people that they are. Please pray that people will open their eyes and see that these are GOD's people (This man, Willie, knew more bible passages than I did). I truly had no idea. Thank you for the prayers. GOD bless.

Sadly and obvious there are many people whose hearts are growing colder and colder with the downturn of things, God spoke of growing cold hearts in the last of days. May God bless your needs as you have provided others expecting nothing in return, blessed is your path and your treasure in heaven great. I shall join in prayer for the homeless.

I've talked to people who were homeless and they are not who people want them to be. I teach school and I've encountered kids that had to sleep in the woods or under bridges because their parents kicked them out of the house. I meet a guy who was veteran who was off his PSD medicine. you'd be suprise how many vets are homeless. I think its wonderful that you stopped and gave the man food and you both spent time talking and glorifying God. God please help those for whatever reason have no roof over their heads, no home to call their own. Send to them your love and hope and help your children to remember your teachings about mercy and love. we do not know their story, but you do and each one is precious to you.

Praying in Jesus with you for all that are set before us this way.
That we also may always know, that the way we treat the least in the kindom, is the mesure of our love for Jesus!
God bless.
