Psychotic coworker update...

I posted quite a while back about a psychotic coworker (popping my tire etc.) and need to update and ask for more prayer.

I ended up needing to report this guy for sexually harassing two individuals with developmental disabilities (using a an electric back massager on one of them each night and asking him to lay in his lap, the other one he told he was his girlfriend and that they love eachother, then threatened to shoot him if he told anyone).

So bizarre. I felt completely awkward talking to management, but they were just as concerned as I was and more-so when I gave the full (long) report.

I took one of these individuals with a disability to human resources for questioning and he was clearly very ashamed and hesitant about talking about whatever has been going on.

So I need prayer, genuine prayer and quickly.

This guy (the psycho - Randy) is on unpaid administrative leave, and in case you didn't read my previous post, he is potentially dangerous, a total creeper and professes quite frequently to hate God, while admitting that he believes that God exists.

I pray that the people making the decisions will be inspired of God, and I pray that his deeds done in the dark will be brought to the light tomorrow.

I agree with you in prayer. Father, please let those in authority have clarity to make wise decisions. No evil shall befall Dave or his loved ones, no plague shall come near their dwelling, in Jesus Name. I speak peace to Randy, in Jesus Name. Heal him, deliver him, and save him Lord I pray in Jesus Name. I take his hand Lord, take hold of it with me, I stand in intercession for Randy. The Lord rebuke his enemies, let them blow away like chaff in the wind. Have mercy on him Lord and let him get a drink of Living water and let him have clarity to be able to be free to chose whether or not he wants to be with You. Fight for his heart and win Him over with Your love for him, don't stop fighting for him, put people in his life to love him. Let anything spoken over him that hasn't been in love, be broken from his life, as well as any unhealthy addictions, break from him in Jesus Name. Keep him away from Dave and his loved ones, and those employees, and keep him from taking offense toward them. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I just came home, after being placed on unpaid administrative leave. That coworker made allegations about me during his investigation. Obviously, they are false. I have nothing to hide, I am practically anonymous here and I am asking for prayer to God, who sees and hears all things. I'm not sure what is going on, they weren't able to give me details.

Please pray.

I am thankful for the comfort God has given me through this, without him it would be absolute torture being at home waiting for a call.

I will keep you, your colleagues & Randy in my prayer. The prayer of a good person has a powerful effect (James 5:16, TEV), so keep praying.

Thanks for continued prayer. It is proving to be a very long weekend. I'm sure God can help me to constructively use this time to process and to take additional action. I have reported the matter to an external agency (DHHS-Adult Protective Services over the guardian abusing the person with Downs Syndrome that we support and my manager telling us that we could not report it an).

No I am debating contacting the company CEO directly through an e-mail.

I have gone over and over my time in the home. There is just absolutely no way that this could be a mis-perception of something that I did or a behavioral change in the people I support. This could only be a completely fictitious allegation of some kind. This is the straightest arrow that the devil has ever shot at me and at a time in my life when I am the closest I have ever walked with God.

The wait is grueling. I just want to get back to work so that I can focus on school, and I just want the people I support to be safe.

Heavenly Father, please have mercy on Dave and let these fires around him be put out. Give him the right words to say and let his enemies in high places be confused. Let the people that are being used against him set their focus on something else. Dave's righteousness is Jesus Christ. Everything back off of him in Jesus Name. Dear Brother Dave, I think you have done all that you can regarding this situation. I pray that God will show the actions and nature of this person and keep him away from those who cannot protect themselves, in Jesus name, Amen

Dave, remember its in God's hands. Trust and have faith that He will see justice done.

Dear God, bind the darkness and rebuke the evil inside Randy and give light of understanding and justice to those who look into the whole situation. Strengthen brother Dave's shield of faith and remind him of Your love.

Hi everyone. Thanks so much for the prayers.

At this point, the guilty party has been allowed to resume work.

I on the other hand, am being investigated for Medicare fraud. I am absolutely NOT guilty, but still have missed two weeks of work unpaid.

I just really don't understand.

Please continue to pray for us.

Hello.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. The Medicare fraud thing went away, which is a miracle since I really did not have any way to prove my innocence and if it had left the company investigation, I would have had to change academic/career paths and instead of medical school, would probably have been doing computer networking at CC.

Unfortunately, I was transferred out of the home and the abuse was not stopped. This is deeply saddening for me, but after contacting external agencies and getting no where, I have no choice but to leaves this in God's hands, in His time.

I pray that the Lord would break up the group which is protecting each other, for the harm of the helpless and once divided, I pray that each individual is recompensed justice for injustice.

In the meantime, I have been sent to work in a home with a severely disturbed individual who is homicidal.

I pray that God would open up other career paths for me while I finish school.

Thanks so much for all of your prayers.

Whether I visit the forums at all, lurk (I don't post very often) or spend all day here, I am with you all in prayer.

May God richly bless you all.
