Hi All, I feel silly asking, but I suffer with poly cystic overian syndrome, a typical ladies problem! And I have high levels of the wrong hormone. I have put on weight has this is a side effect. I am going on a tablet to help me loose the weight to get insulin levels down. I know I have to do this myself. Please God stay with me, and also my feet problems affect me. I am usually happy, but this is all quite new. Amen.

I'm familiar with what PCOS is, and diets that work.
I'm an advocate for Low Carb (Atkins type diets or "Paleo") to manage these conditions.

Only about 5% of sufferers I tell about this are willing to try something out of the box. But for too many eating Meat, vegetables and fruit is considered satanic or bad because Doctors don't advocate that.
