Insomnia

Recently I've been having really bad bouts of insomnia. I usually would get it once a month... but lately it's been coming on more and more... Twice a week now... I'm constantly tired and I'm starting to contract a lot of headaches....

The only good thing about this is I've been cleaning a lot!

Could you please pray that God will soothe my mind and spirit? I'd really appreciate it.

Yunno.... I didn't realize how many shirts I have.... I think I need to go through them...

I can't smoke anything. I have extremely bad lungs due to a childhood illness that almost killed me.

Weed Brownies are nice, so are cookies. I know someone who makes tea and coffee with it too.

Try everything once... within reason.

Whyllow I will definitly pray for you. I work 12hr night shifts so I am constantly facing this problem. My boyfriend has it worse and it really messes with him. Read the Bible. It is a great way to rest and relax your mind of all you thoughts so hopefully you can get some peace of mind and some well needed sleep.
Even though I don't smoke/eat weed I am not judgmental and if that is what you do to relax that is your choice. As long as you are responsible with it I really think that it is your decision. Out of all the things that you can do to your body, I think that weed is one of the least harmful and atleast it is natural.
