My boyfriend is a devote christian and follower of Jesus Christ. He isn't perfect in anyway and he knows that but he is trying ton improve his life to become a better christian. He has started reading his Bible daily, and even joined this site several weeks ago to connect to other christians. One major step he has taken is quitting his vices a major one of those is smoking cigarettes. I am so proud of him because he has been smoking for alomst 8 years (and considering he is only in his 20s that is a long time). It has been a true stuggle for him so I ask for prayers to help keep him strong.
Also, i ask that you pray to help keep me strong for him. It has been a challenge dealing with his quitting as I am sure anyone that has quit or knows someone who has quit smoking knows. I haven't been the best support for him as I often let my temper get the best of me and lash out at him when he gets frustrated. It has started to put a strain on our relationship and our family (we have a beautiful 1 year old together).
Please prayer for us to gain strength through this time.
