I am looking for a Teaching job. I have my license and have been looking for a full time teaching job for the past couple of years. Each year I turn in applications and have hope in my heart that this will be the year I get the job I know I am meant to do. However, each time school starts again I feel the heavy weight of disappointment. Since graduation I have been working as a Substitute Teacher and I love every minute of it. Unfortunately substitutes don't get paid no where near enough and each month it is a struggle trying to make ends meet. I have even done the work of full time teachers when I work long term jobs and am highly sought after by teachers to fill in for them when they are gone. So I don't get why I have yet to be hired for a full time teaching job.
So my prayer is not just for a job but for guidance in knowing what is the right thing to do. Thanks.
