The righteous say:

Lord, I don't have anything left, but if you want me to give what I do have, I will do it.

The righteous say:

Lord, your grace is enough for me, I don't desire anything else.

Lord, I am weak and feeble, but you are strong. Be my strength and my fortress.

Lord, protect me from evil, and keep me in the path of your righteousness

Lord, not my will, but your will!!

Though I die, I know I will live with the Lord!

Lord, teach me your ways and your statutes, hide your word in my heart, so that I will not sin against you!!

Take away my pride and make me low. I am not worthy to be called a son, but make me a servant.

I will trust in the Lord, though he slay me.

Job 13:11 Shall not his excellency make you afraid? and his dread fall upon you?
Job 13:12 Your remembrances are like unto ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay.
Job 13:13 Hold your peace, let me alone, that I may speak, and let come on me what will.
Job 13:14 Wherefore do I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in mine hand?

Job 13:15 Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
Job 13:16 He also shall be my salvation: for an hypocrite shall not come before him.

Job 13:28 And he, as a rotten thing, consumeth, as a garment that is moth eaten.
