If you ever have felt like our government in Canada/US was unjust (and it is at times) and that the rights of believers and followers of Jesus Christ are being constrained (and they are more and more), this article will evoke gratitude that we still live in a free (more free) country...and pray for the people in places who don't....Father God....give us your heart to pray...look beyond ourselves..and bear the burden of our brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus who suffer daily oppression and imprisonment around the world...how beautiful the jewels in their crowns will be......Glory to the King...Amen

A sad thing is that this country is not free at all. This country is in more bondage than most. What this country calls freedom is wickedness.

No one will escape it either, there is a great time coming to EVERY nation. You are right, now is the time to pray.

amen..this is so true Brother...we are entering the darkest days in history..and no nation will escape persecution..this includes Canada/US (contrary to what some may say....I never could understand believers who believe that North America will somehow escape persecution (more grave than what now already experience). Followers of Jesus Christ have suffered for centuries for His sake...how could we be so arrogant to believe and even suggest that we are elite followers somehow in North America and that we will escape it? My prayer is to have my lamp filled with oil, my life in total surrender to Christ Jesus....and courage of Our sinless Lord who suffered and died alone with even the Father turning away because the One True Holy God cannot look at sin even on his Perfect Son...our sin that Jesus bore so we may have reconciliation with the Father...I pray to have all this so I may be able to bear whatever will come......Come quickly Lord Jesus..Amen.
