I was woken up today at midnight by a call from my friends worried dad wondering where his daughter was. See she lied and told him that she was at my place. Anyways she wasn't and had never been to my house. Five minutes later I got another call some teenagers found my friend passed out in a field drunk, and high and throwing up. At the party she was at that she had to lie to her dad about (hey doesn't it sound like it's a great party already.....) they slipped her drugs into her drinks. She over dosed so they dragged her to a field, and left her thankfully they made a lot of noise and neighbors heard and called 911 along with some teenagers on their way home from work that happened to know her. But anyways right now I need prayer to keep my anger down. I am so angry at the guys that left her because they decided to come back to see if she was dead, but didn't make it to her because they started rough housing and thinking everything is hilarious. I got the names of the guys that left her, and it is so tempting to call up my old friends to do a lot of damage to those idiots that left her there like that. I know thats not what God wants me to do but this anger is so consuming. Please pray

My heart goes out to you...I have no idea what my heart would be going through if that happened to someone I knew...but I'm sorry it happened...and no, I don't know what to do about the situation...I pray your friend recovers, and that the Lord touches her life, so that she seeks holiness and that debachaury would become as foul to her tastes as it truly is...

And yes, those 'kids' that did that to her...there's the split in people who consider themselves Christian usually...some people might push for justice...and that justice has got be served....but I take what Jesus said about praying for those who persecute you, bless and do not curse them so that you may be like your Father in heaven who sends his rain on the just and unjust alike...to mean that you are suppose to pray for those BLIND and HEARTLESS people that sought to hurt your friend...if you fight evil with evil...chances are they are just going to become even more CALLOUS then they already are...but overcome evil with good...

ACTUALLY, seek out any chance you have of blessing them....and the Bible says you will pour burning hot coals on their heads...

Even from personal experience, if I did something wrong and then that person gave me a really good present that I wanted---how could I feel anything but burning coals???? ANd completely convicted and have to confess to my sin and wrong doing...

Pray for them...they know not what they do...and if they keep sinking into the pit, someday what they are now may be thought of as soooo much better than what they are becoming...unless you shine as a light to them...and you cause them to repent...imagine the wounds they would feel if they accepted Christ and understood what they did to her...and the conviction they would feel everytime they saw her if they became brother-sister...PAUL had to deal with that...

I pray for your friend that she finds Christ and follows...and I pray also for these blind hateful people that they would be shown mercy and turn to the Lord, instead of falling into ever deeper darkness...

God bless you, your friend, and her attackers

Thank you. I never even thought about praying for her attackers. I guess I was too blinded with anger I forgot who I was. Thank you for praying my friend is now safe, and doesn't remember anything from the night. I guess thats a blessing.

You know what, you should be angry. Anger is a natural human emotion.

Those feakin morons loser that did that should pay for what they have done.

This is where I get pissed, but at the same time, she put herself around that situation, so the saying "If you lay down with dogs you get fleas, and "There is NO HONOR among thieves.

once again, we screw our own lives up by the choices we make.

I know I can't help much, but some advice i had received on anger is to channel it into doing good things.

Just thank god that she is still alive and good things will come...God will handle this situation for you

proverbs 3:5 :6 Trust in the lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding in all thy ways acknowlege him and he shall direct thy path .
