Hi again,

Is there verses that could help me when I feel really depressed other than what ellie has given me ( Thank you again they're really helpful ).
Every little things that happens to me bring me down and I'm so...I can't even described.
Everyone is pressuring me, I can't sleep and I really just feel like going somewhere far from everyone that knows me. Just to be in my own house is hard for me and I feel like I can't handle it anymore.

They told me that a professional would call me within 4 weeks but I think that the fact that I'm never sleeping well is maybe one of the reason I feel so down.

I thought that with all the help and prayers that I received from you, I could take my life back and just put my life in the hands of God but everytime that I'm trying to get better it's like someone is punching me in the face again Days seems so long and I'm so so tired . I just want to leave. It's so frustrating that one second you think ''oh I feel better today maybe I'm on the right track'' and then you just want to jump off your window. ¸
I'm so angry with myself because right now I can't be the person that I want to and I feel like I'm letting God down.

Hannah, you are not letting God down, God Our Father knows are weaknesses, that is why He sent Jesus to and for us.
Psalm 34 is another good read for help.
You are and continue in my prayers in Jesus.

Sweet pea, you remind me of this verse:

and this one:

Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness. Isaiah 25:1
and this one:
And it will be said in that day,“Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us.
This is the Lord for whom we have waited;
Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.” Isaiah 25:9


Can you tell I'm really fond of the book of Isaiah??


I've also, in times of great distress, found help in the Psalms, especially the "thirties". For example:


The Lord looks from heaven;He sees all the sons of men;
From His dwelling place He looks out
On all the inhabitants of the earth,
He who fashions the hearts of them all,
He who understands all their works.
The king is not saved by a mighty army;
A warrior is not delivered by great strength.
A horse is a false hope for victory;
Nor does it deliver anyone by its great strength.
Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,
On those who hope for His lovingkindness,
To deliver their soul from death
And to keep them alive in famine.
Our soul waits for the Lord;
He is our help and our shield.
For our heart rejoices in Him,
Because we trust in His holy name.
Let Your lovingkindness, O Lord, be upon us,
According as we have hoped in You. Psalm 33:13-22


Also Psalm 56, especially v.8:



You have taken account of my wanderings;Put my tears in Your bottle.

Annie, you are so precious to Him, he saves your tears in a bottle. ♥
My 17 year old and I were watching a silly cartoon show yesterday in which one of the characters was completely disheartened and he exhaled slowly through soft lips (like brrrrrr) and slowly folded himself down from the waist till his hands were on the ground. My little girl looked at me and said, "I feel like that every day!"
That reminds me of the way you describe how you feel, too.

I'm sorry if I focus too much on sad scripture. It just really soothed my heart when I was sad...I hope it helps you to know that Jesus knows exactly how you feel--
He was despised and forsaken of men,A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
And like one from whom men hide their face Isaiah 53:3 and:


The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
And saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18


There are also so many verses on encouragement...but my daughter's getting married on Sunday and I have this bridal shower stuff to attend to.

This was one week ago and I hope you are filling better by now. You sound just like the way I fill some times and it's so sad , tiring,painful and lonely.im having some trouble now matter of fact. Have you ever been diagnosed with depression ? Because that's what it sounds like and you can't keep others away even when you want to its not good .everyone needs some one to talk to. I know it's tough but you keep a smile, find someone to talk to and spend time with,, get out even if it just for a walk and pray God listens you are never alone ever. I will pray for you take care. Im not feeling better but worse. It's just like I'm dying spiritually. And it's not that I'm keeping people away it's that I really have no friends. But I have an appointment with a social worker next week I'll see how it goes. I hope you can get better too.

Dear hannah, I will be praying for you that Lord will guide you in all the things. You will not be comforted anywhere only by reading the word of God. Feels like I always fall short of being worthy, cause I aint good enough, but He still loves me

I UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN, I MYSELF GO THRU DEPRESSION, BEEN FIGHTING IT FOR YEARS, I AM ON MEDICATION AND IT DOESNT ALWAYS HELP. EVERYDAY IS A BATTLE FOR ME, THE ONLY WAY I CAN MAKE IT IS KNOWING THAT JESUS IS BY MY SIDE AND I HAVE TO ADMIT THERE ARE TIMES I WONDER IF HE IS LISTENING, BUT JUST REMEMBER THE DEVIL COMES ONLY TO KILL AND DESTROY, I LISTEN TO JOYCE MEYERS ALOT, AND SHE SAYS WE CAN CONTROL WHAT WE THINK, JUST KEEP MEDIATATING ON THE LORD, JUST REMEMBER ONE DAY WE WANT HAVE TO BATTLE WITH THIS NO MORE, SOMETIMES I CANT WAIT TIL EASTERN SKIES BREAK UP AND THE LORD APPEARS IN THEM TO TAKE ME HOME, MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU

Daughter of the Most High God,
Different seasons of our life bring many different emotions and feelings. Please remember this simple thing, season eventually change and pass. Holding on to the strength the Lord gives is critical during the hard seasons.
