doesn't mean He doesn't hear you and Love you!
To those of you in pain, I know what you are going through.

My pain began about 7 years ago. I injured myself. I had two herniated discs in my lower back. They caused me severe pain for about two weeks before I had surgery on them. The leg pain stopped after the surgery, but the back pain did not.

I prayed Lord, please take away my pain.

I began having a great deal of pain in my mid back as well. They did x-rays and found I had several spinal fractures. I have osteoporosis; they gave me medicine to try making the bones stronger. There is not much they can do for these; I would just have to live with them.

I prayed Lord, please take away my pain, and heal me.

I began having angina pains several times a week; they did EKGs, a stress test, and gave me a prescription for nitroglycerin. I would just have to live with it.

I prayed, Dear Lord Jesus, please heal me, and take away my pain.

I began having different severe pain in my chest and shortness of breath, they did x-rays, an MRI and blood tests, I have emphysema, they gave me oxygen and abluterol ( a medicine to help the shortness of breath). I would just have to live with it.

I began waking up every hour or so, feeling very tired all the time. They did an overnight test of my oxygen. It was determined that I have sleep apnea. They wanted me to try a machine to constantly blow air into my lungs. I couldn't tolerate the machine. I will just have to live with this.

I prayed Lord, if you don't want to make me better, can you just take me home?

One night recently I went to the emergency room with a blood pressure of 200/98. This is stroke/ heart attack territory. They could not keep my blood pressure down without a constant flow of nitroglycerin, so they kept me overnight. They did a heart catherization. They put a cable camera up through the largest artery in your body in the groin and pushed it right through to my heart. They found my left two anterior descending coronary arteries 90% blocked. These arteries are so large and supply so much blood that if it became completely blocked I would have been dead in minutes. Cardiologists call this situation "the widow maker".
At this point, my selfish self just wanted to go home. Seven years of severe pain and always being tired is a long time. I knew it wouldn't be right to ask God to let me die. I have a wife and children and a mother who would have been deeply hurt, so I merely asked that The Lords will be done.
They did surgery this time putting two stents in to hold open the artery.
The heart surgery did reduce most of my muscle cramps that I was having all the time throughout my body.

They found anaortic aneurysm ( a bulge in the largest artery in in body which if it bursts, I will also be dead in seconds. This requires open heart surgey to fix. They are going to watch it for awhile. (Hey The Lord hasn't completely closed the door on a quick way home. :)

Anyway, here is what I currently have to deal with:

Severe back pain from fractures in my spine
Severe low back pain from an "unsuccessful back surgery"
Chest pain and shortness off breath from emphysema
Constant tiredness do to lack of sleep (sleep apnea)
Severe left leg pain and cramps on and off since surgery
Chest pain: angina,aneurysm?
Limited energy, if I go shopping at walmart, I need to go home and rest.

I pray Dear Lord Jesus, give me strength to get through today, and let me do as much in service to you as I can, in Jesus name, Amen.

I don't know why I have to suffer so, but I know The Master of the universe and my Savior must have a good reason. Dear Lord, please give me peace, tranquility, joy and the words to pass them on.

I pray that our Lord will heal you all who need it, or if not, will give you the strength to endure and know that God has chosen you for a very special purpose, this I ask in Jesus name, Amen.

Have a wonderful life in Jesus

Father thank you for brother Gary, and I place him in Your loving care.
You tell us you will not give us more than we can handle...
Lord You must have made Gary strong,
but even Moses needed rest from his burdens...
Please bring peace and health to this family.
Surround them with Your ever lasting Joy.
Send comfort and peace to each heart and spirit.
In Jesus Name, amen

Numbers 11:15 -17
If you will treat me like this, kill me at once, if I find favor in your sight, that I may not see my wretchedness.”
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Gather for me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them, and bring them to the tent of meeting, and let them take their stand there with you.
And I will come down and talk with you there. And I will take some of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them, and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, so that you may not bear it yourself alone.

Galations 6:2
Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.

My heart goes out to you and your family,
In His Love, Shekaniah

You are in my prayers in Jesus for all you ask and need Gary.
I understand the life of pain, I wondered how I would continue, then Jesus reminded me of this.
Remember, we in Jesus no longer live in flesh, but in His Spirit, for the flesh is already dead in Jesus, we are born of His Spirit.
Just walk and live in His Spirit, for the victory is already with us in Jesus. "_

God bless

Gary, I, too, have learned to have pain and fatigue as almost constant companions for the last 18 years. God is faithful! And so very Good!

I will lift you up to our Father, and thank and praise Him for your testimony. His will is Perfect. ♥
