Unhappy I am "broken" and regret my choice...help.

I should have known better however, I was week and terrified.

I know my punishment is the constant recolection of what I did, I have so much guilt and regret... I can't get the images out of my mind and the pain and hurt I feel are physical and emotional...

I was a great person and now I don't even feel worthy of walking into a church for help. I am ashamed. I can't stop crying and I'm alone...

My heart and spirit are broken... I don't know where to go or what to do.

first off... satan wants you to feel bad.
but god doesnt put us thru a situation that we cant overcome.
you are in a valley right now, so learn and grow as you start
to climb up your mountain. and always remember that god
is ALWAYS by your side. so turn to him and repent.

Hi brokenwings,
Hon, you're in a downward spiral, but you can pull out of it. You didn't say what you did that was so bad, but really God can forgive you. He forgives us as far as the east is from the west. Do you know how far that is? (Psalm 103) God is rich in mercy and there isn't any end to His forgiveness for His children.

Any time you mess up, all you do is say God, I messed up. I did ....... In the name of Jesus, I'm sorry. Then you pick yourself up and move on. Learn from it and change. If the situation comes your way again, react differently the next time.

Father, I thank You for your mercy and tenderness. I ask for Your forgiveness for brokenwings in Jesus, name, Amen. God is not condemning you, and neither am I.

God bless,
Mary O.
