My grandbaby janessa dad coerced my 16 year old daughter to give him the baby for a week and she did and his family and him filed for emergency guardianship. They did not pay for anything for her and even denied her as there baby. Now they have her and only wanted to be able to get state assistance for her. I work and her grandpa supports her and her mother. We paid for everything. The judge did not even want to hear the case and set the date for september 23 of next month. We live an entire state away and the baby was ordered not to leave california. Also the babys father was not even on the birth certificate. We need help so much I do believe prayer is the best source. Please pray that my daughters baby return and the truth be revealed on her behalf what he did and the lies he said.
