Today I found out my friend died yesterday with his mom an dad. He was only 16. He was the happiest person in the world, and everybody was friends with him. I live in a small community, and it hit us all.
Here's what the news said,:
"The bodies of two adults have been recovered and the search is on for a missing 16-year-old boy today at Big Lagoon, about 32 miles north of Eureka.
The U.S. Coast Guard said it received a call around 12:40 p.m. that three people had been pulled into the water by the waves at Big Lagoon. The Humboldt County Sheriff's Office recovered two people, a man and woman, who were pronounced dead at the scene. The U.S. Coast Guard said it's still searching for one more individual, a 16-year-old male believed to be the couple's son. The couple's daughter reportedly was the one who called 911, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
The Humboldt County Coroner's Office was on its way to Big Lagoon as of 3 p.m. this afternoon"

Please pray for his soul as well as his Mom, Dad, and the surviving Sister.
I can't seem to accept this death, I've been crying for hours now.
He had his entire life ahead of him. He never got to go to college. He never got to get married. He never got to have kids of his own.
He didn't even get to graduate high school. He was everybody's friend.
I keep hearing the screams he must have made in my head. I can only imagine his last moments, scared, cold, confused.
He didn't deserve this.
I pray he gets a better chance in another life.

Lillie, your friend , his family His sister and also you and all that knew them are in my prayers in Jesus.

Do not let terrible thoughts take your peace in Jesus, for I trully believe that all know God's presance in their last moments.
Look to Jesus for the care and comfort that is already with you.

I will pray for all who knew and loved this family,
And for the sister who lived.

May prayer for you sweetheart is that you will recieve the peace that surpasses human understanding.
Love in Jesus, Shekaniah

If your friend was the joyful young man you say he was...
I know it would bother him if he knew he was causing you pain.
Honor his memory by smiling and thanking God for what time you did have with him.

what a terrible tragedy for the family and their friends but be assured that when a child dies they instantly go to be with the Lord in Heaven and your friend was still a child so he is in glory now...may the good Lord comfort and strengthen the surviving daughter and any other family and friends and your community...turn to the one who truly saves us from going to hell when we die and that is Jesus...turn to Him in love and turn from your sins, hate your sins and beg for forgiveness of your sins and pray for God's mercy through Jesus

Lily, I know this had to break your heart and I know that there isn't anything we can say to ease the pain but please understand that God is in control. He always has been and he always will be. As terrible as it may seem, just know that everything happens for a reason and that God has a plan. One day we will see the whole picture, but for now keep your trust in Christ and one day soon you will see your friend again. May the Lord be with you through your time of trouble.

Omighty God I lift up to you Lily and the daughter that was left behind. Touch them Lord in a mighty way and help them to see, through all the pain and to understand that you are a mighty God and that you are in control no matter what. I ask you in the name of Jesus.

It is sad.
But you must remember that no one goes before their time.
God made souls and He made time.
And He made the world with the water and waves.
No one leaves before their appointed time.
What is too soon? What is too late?
Nothing is too soon or too late to God.
He is always right on time.
I pray you take solace in this fact. -
(That it was their time to go)
