I do feel a little bit better, however the constant worry about something being wrong with me along with still felling pretty bad is not making it any better. The doctor does not suspect anything to be terrible wrong, but I have only had blood tests that show I have a high WBC of 13.1. Neutrophils high. Please pray that God helps me get better and please pray that my girlfriend comes to find Jesus in her heart.

Thanks,
Josh

There are many possible causes for an abnormally high neutrophil count. Could be just stress from nervousness, exercise, or involuntary muscle movements due to overexcitement of nerve cells in the brain. Or, it might be an infection or inflammation. I wouldn't panic. Just try to relax and get proper medical care so they can get to the bottom of it.

Josh, neutrophils are a type of white blood cell (called a leukocyte), produced in bone marrow.
As AoK said, they are released in times of illness, inflammation, injury, and stress.
Even demanding physical exertion, like a tough workout, can cause them to be released.

A WBC of 13,000 isn't terribly worrisome, especially given your age, which has a bit to do with it all. :)
It's not at all unusual to see the differential come out like this in times of stress.
I say these things in hopes they will help bring you some peace. :)
It sounds like you're in good hands, medically speaking, and we know you're in good Hands with the Lord. :)

I am praying for you, and for your g/f today.
love,
ellie
