My depression is new and is starting to take me to very dark places that aren't like me at all. I have not even been able to stay a full shift at work and I cry constantly unable to really talk to anyone. Please help me get through this

I'll pray for you Rose, but please see a counsellor or psychologist. Trust me on this.
