While I would suggest above all , pray, pray and leave the tuff stuff to God. Is your brother, a christian? If not, pray the Lord puts HIS hand upon him and convicts him of the Holy Spirit. For the drug addiction, I would first pray the Lord would remove the yucky stuff, then pray a hedge of thorns around him, sealed with the blood of JEsus. Pray the Lord would remove his desire for drugs, and that the Lord would send him angels to accomplish HIS will.
Deliver him and set him freeeee Lord!
