So sorry to hear of your pain, back pain is so debilitating. Can you get some anti inflammitories? Check out some good exercises and positioning for getting pain relief and rest? Drink lots of fluids! Eat well......and most importantly.....


Lord we pray relief for your precious daughter in her pain and distress. Lord, lay your hand upon her body. We ask for the swelling to recede, for the muscles, tendons and all structures in her back to return to your perfect design Lord. We thank you for your daughters faith in asking for prayer and know you hear us as we cry out to you almighty creator God. Please place friends around her, family, willing and compassionate to support henthrough her healing Lord. Thank you she will recieve the treatment she needs Lord, that you will cause her to relax, have peace and you will strengthen her faith in this situation as she give thanks and rejoices for your loving care. Thank you Lord that no matter our difficulties we can know you are in control and never leave us. Thank you Father. <><
