Well, I was on the phone with my friend Haley last night, and we were talking about churh and stuff. My phone dies, and I was crying a few minutes later. I've known for a while that I wasn't living right, not really oding anything bad, more of I just couldn't really get into praying or reading my bible, and it was getting to the point where I was skipping church alot. I was goind downhill... Anyways, I was preying last night, and I'm back where I need to be in God, but I feel like he wants me to talk to our youth... Wich is easier said than done... At our church, I'm known as the shy girl that never talks. lol. Idk, we used to have great services and God would really move. The youth used to sit together in the front, and when the service stated we would all be up at the front crying and worshiping God. But things have changed. We're all spread out now, and there might be one or two of us up there at a time. We haven't had services like that in a long time, and we need to! Anyways, I feel like I need to talk to the youth, but I'm not positive that it's what God wants me to do... How can I be sure? and If I do talk to them, how am I supposed to know what to say? Please be praying for me...

What if you all (the youth at church) do a group building exercise. for example at my church we do a high school ministry. Im a volunteer. One thing we do is have a meeting at 10:45 every sunday morning then we sit together during the 12:30 service. We also have a large high school service sunday nights at 6. After that everyone goes to Mcdonalds to hang out. We also do bible study on wed. nights for each class. Right now im in the process of setting up a high school church overnight where we will stay that the church to get a better connection with the students and leaders YOu should try to so one of these to get everyone connected again. You will be in my prayers!

hi, dont you have a youth group in your church? doyou have a youth pastor? they can help, to do God's work you have to want to, so go for it. You dont need a brick to fall on your head to reach out to others, it's God's will for us to do that, you know to do it already. Do some homework on activities maybe, or how to talk to kids, im sure there is plenty of stuff online you can find. Start with a car wash to raise money for someone in need, great way for everyone to get to know one another, kids would like that, or some other activity. I am not an expert on this , God will help you to find ways to bring them together, and worship the Lord , Amen.
Father in the name of Jesus, please this sister to reach out and help with the needs of the Youth and use them to help others, and sing Praises unto you, God Almighty, Amen.

funny how God uses those who are most ill equiped to do his good work... I suppose this is so we know its from HIM that the glory goes and not to us. I'm curious how this all worked out? I'm in no way saying you are ill equiped but you did confess shyness. I tell you YES the Lord did convict you to speak to your peers. so how did it go? If you didnt do this, I think you should reconsider and go in prayerfully and with the help of the Holy Spirit your words will be true to the Lord. Please do let us know how things are.
