I have recently entered a new leadership position at work in a department I have little experience. I feel real uncomfortable and frustrated because I not completely don't know what to because I am so new to the department and much is expected of me since I was in a leadership role in the other position I held but was eliminated. I know the Lord is calling to enlarge my tent and expand my horizons, yet I feel so helpless right now just trying to stay a float. Lord grant me your guidance and strength which is made perfect in weakness during this time of transition.

Please know that there are two things - leadership, which you have already shown you can do, and knowledge of the functions and activities of the department you have been posted to. These things you have learned before, and can do again.

Allow yourself the time to develop, in your own head, and apply yourself to identifying and understanding those things which you need to do.

I pray that you will seek =this time in the Lord, and that he will grant you the understanding, peace and comfort that you desire. Amen.
