job.

Well apprently me working at mc donalds isn't good enough for them. So they want me to find a better job like co-op or something like that. Which is even harder around here since I live in Michigan and the economy is crap here. My dad won't accept that as an exuse either. Then I have other problems like anxiety and derpession, and social anxiety which makes doing new things, and talking to people even harder for me. They pretty much want to see that I'm motivated to atleast try to get better a better job or they'll kick me out of the house or they'll atleast stop paying for my college... Why does my life have to suck so much?

You know, you're not alone out there. There's ALWAYS someone, somewhere that has it worse than you. Just keep that in mind, and be thankful for what you DO have. I'll be praying for you. God bless.

what about trying to get a manager's position at mcdonalds? there's responsibility and higher pay involved in that, and you wouldn't have to try to find a new job.

In the lives of believers, sometimes God allows circumstances which, at the time, may not appear to be his doing. But, as situations develop we are able to look back and see his delivering hand or the fingerprints of God. It's good to maintain the understanding that God is not simply waiting in His kingdom, for his children. He is an active participant in every day of our lives, and he has been, since we accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord of our lives.

When we're comfortable, (meaning sometimes complacent), occassionally it may call for unusual circumstances to produce the motivation necessary to make changes in our lives. Not simply change, for the sake of change, but changes which produce better character, fruitfulness and spiritual maturity.

Rest in the fact that Jesus is still the Lord of your life, and look for His guidance, while doing your best to honor your earthly father's wishes. Use wisdom in seeking assistance during this time, and capitalize on useful contacts and helpful support God may be placing in your life. And above all, stay prayerful.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper
you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ...

It wouldn't be good enough for my dad. Besides, the main manager is ready to fire me anyway since she pretty much see as when I 1st started working there 2 years ago.
