My ribs are aching severly .unable to sleep and turn kindly remember in prayers

Maybe you cracked your rib. Google and see what they say. I will be praying for your quick healing.

If it's not a bruised rib, go see a doctor just to be sure it's not something else nasty (ie pneumnia).

thank you very much for remembering in prayers, and suggestions it really helpful .i went to the doctor he prescibed me an ointment and said to sponging saying it will be normal, asked me not to continously sit for hours. the pain still persists i have to wait a day or two , you can pray that God heal me for during the night time , like 3 am it becomes severe.
