I am tired. I am in school full time in my senior year of college, I am competing for my unit in an upcoming athletic event (fighting) and I am working 12-16 hours per day. I am just tired. I know I still stand out as a worker and my last classes ended in A's but literally the only reason I was able to get out of bed in the morning or finish assignments was the support of Jesus and I really need that continued support to do anything. I feel like I am not retaining new information very well and that my body is broken down. I feel myself burning out already and things are about to pick up as we are about to go back to the middle east. Please say a prayer for me.

Distractible* I have been very easily distracted and rest is tempting me. God said, "A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man." but rest, or just to slump in front of a television and do nothing, I keep imagining what that would be like.

The HOly Spirit speaks and has to you. Your taking one scripture and 100 times it, and going beyond your human capacity to be able to function. " What ? know ye not that your body is the temple of the holy spirit, he who defiles his body him shall the Lord destroy." There is nothing more valuable than your health. Jesus rested many times. Believing you will cut some hours of things out, so you can cope, as your saying the truth, you are breaking down.

so it is a matter of listening and praying for the divine rest in the Saving One that surpasses all understanding and allows for recuperation in the body and mind.

Allow the word of the Lord to sink into the mind and soul and trust in the Lord and you shall not be disappointed, keep the mind and heart fixed upon Him who can do it all (the all-awesome and all-powerful), and let him take care of you. Blessings and may you find that divine rest.
