I've fought anxiety for my whole life, so I know what you're going through. I might recommend this website to you: The Cross Centered Mind - Setting Captives Free

I haven't taken their course on anxiety, but I've taken another course of theirs and it was excellent and helped a lot. Have you seen professional help? Seeing a doctor would be good for starters. My doctor put me on a very low dose medicine and it seems to be helping my anxiety somewhat. And it only cost $4 without insurance. So going to a doctor to help would be a great thing to do. But also make sure your spiritual life doesn't suffer because of your anxiety. Be sure to stay in the word and stay in prayer (try at least twice a day if you aren't already).

I know anxiety sucks, as it has been a burden in my life. I prayed for you and hope all the best. Message me if you want to talk more about it!

recovering from any trauma or psychological issue no matter what the reason, takes a great deal of time, prayer, professional counseling with a counselor who is non-biased to your religion, and patience with yourself. I think everyone can benefit from counseling for one reason or another. I have used counseling for traumatic issues arising from traumas during childhood and it has greatly benefitted me. Most of all, again, have patience with yourself, and NEVER give up. Better days WILL come, and you'll get there one step at a time. God Bless you
