I get this way too. It makes everything more complicated. I know I need to keep structure and discipline in my life.
Pray and learn about keeping your temple up to code. I get sloppy in this aspect at times, got to sleep, eat, and move more.

Prayer said for you my friend.

Ask the Lord to give you strength, and read the word of God which also gives you strength. I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
