My fiance was put in jail for assault family violence. He assaulted me. He has a drinking problem and he's un-medicated bipolar. I am struggling to come to terms with the end of our relationship because I still have very strong feelings for him. We were together nearly three years. I struggle with the difficulty I will be facing as I will be moving into a homeless shelter because I have nowhere to go now..not enough money to live on my own. Please pray as your heart guides you because I'm not really sure what I'm asking for. I just want this pain to end.

It is at a time like this when a broken person welcomes both encouragement and guidance, at the same time the pain and anger caused by the situation causes one to retaliate advice, which makes this such a difficult situation. I remember when I was going through a Hard Time, how I just longed for that hug and someone to say it will be okay, but then when they came to say it will be okay, I got 101 tips on how to make it better...how to change the situation, how to Soar like an Eagle and be free from all the animosity and turmoil in my life.... so I'm not going to 'preach' I'm simply going to tell you that - GOD LOVES YOU DEARLY, He has seen your outcry and he's heard your plea. And you know what, when we don't know what we want, or what we are asking for, he's known what's best for us all along.
Sweetie I do pray that God will guide you and strengthen you in this time, wherever you may find yourself.
Our gracious Lord and saviour, It is with an ache in my heart that I come to lay Xandermansmom before you, I can't even comprehend what conflict she must be experiencing inside, but it is so obvious that her life was on a path of destruction to begin with, a path that no doubt would have ended in disaster. I strongly believe that although this current situation she finds herself in is a tough one, it is also the one you picked for her, the one to bring her to her knees and seek YOU Father, and I know with all my heart, that you will reach out and touch her life, reveal the truth of your undying love. Father I pray that you will make a way for her, that you will use her as an instrument and a vessel of faith and hope for others. God and if YOU so will, I pray that you will take this opportunity to rip the spirit of violence out of her Fiance and that you will bring him to his knees also, so that he will acknowledge and see that there is ONLY one God, and that you will awaken a desire in him to follow you, because once he's made that choice, and once your Spirit starts a work in him, You will not let it go to waste. You say that you will finish the work you have begun, and I pray that this will be so for her fiance too. We trust you now for a miracle.

Lord, we pray for Your emotional healing in this situation. Guide her to the life that is Your will for her to live. Lift this heavy burden off of her and give her joy and the life in abundance that Christ's blood has purchased for her. In Christ's Name, Amen.
