Prayer to restore hope

I would like some prayer to restore hope and faith within my soul. I'm dealing with a few things at the moment on a personal level and it's an age old struggle I've had dealt with since .. well since forever. The thing is that I've made financial decisions in life, that's left me in such fixes and truly - am simply hoping for God to free me from this anxiety and that he will make a way for me to get out of this situation. As long as this situation is in my life, it rules my emotions, my decisions and my over all well being.

Psalm 18:28

Father, I pray that you will give Tash the the knowledge and strength to overcome this financial situation that she is in.
Help her to see new and creative ways to work these matters out. Bless her in ways that she will know that it came
from you, so that your name can be glorified and praised.

I command all strongholds to leave your presence in Jesus Name and that every generational curse to be removed from you in Jesus name. I take authority over every fowl wicked spirit that is trying to oppress you and keep you in bondage, they have NO authority over your life because through the name of Jesus they have to be obedient and leave like they are commanded to! Renewing your mind to the obedience of Christ with keep you in His will and will limit what the enemy can bring into your remembrance. I ask the He restores you to the fullest and that you are functioning the way that He intended for you to function, I bind the spirit if anxiety off of you in Jesus name, and I speak peace over your mind.

I encourage you to start taking authority over these different spirits that attack you separately, He said that He gives us the authority to cast out demons and to thread upon serpents. The power is within you, begin to study the promises of God for your life and recognize and yield to what He instructs us as believers to do. I know this will help you in your everyday life. TashMeyer, for all the time you spend on this site praying for others, there is no way you too will not be prayed for! Thank you for caring and it surely doesn't go unnoticed. I prayed for you and will continue to do so. Hang in there, pray and be patient.

When life starts pushing me to the ground or when I get attacks apon my faith, I use this little piece of Pslam 51:10. I use it as a renewal prayer. Maybe it will be of good use to you too, in times like these.

Psalm 51:10
"Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit,
to sustain me."

Be patient Tash, just be patient in the Lord. You are a soldier of God and don't you ever forget that! Stay strong, and remember, to keep others first before you, and you yourself will be blessed by doing so. Keep praying for others, spread the word everywhere you go, always think of what you can do for the Lord today, and by doing so, I truly believe, your life will be very fruitful and any chaos within it, will be sorted out.

Father God I ask You would help Tash to exchange her anxiety for Your peace, and to leave her anxieties with You!

Update on my post - Firstly.. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR PRAYERS. If any of you ever doubted for one minute that prayer does not work then I bed to differ and prove you wrong.

My life came to a point over last weekend when I realised that I can no longer hide the state of our financial situation from my family, I had car repairs to pay, my son's birthday was around the corner and I had nothing to give him, I had debt on a Credit Card which I had no hope for to recover... but so the Lord works.

On Saturday we got a call, my dad decided that he will buy my son's bicycle and that we do not have to fork out cent. #Miracle1

On Monday morning when I was riding to work contemplating the car repairs and worrying how we will get the money together for this, I got a text from the bank notifying me of money paid into my account, enough for the repairs. Although I was expecting the incoming funds, it was not due until end of March #Miracle2

This left me with just enough for those things but NOT for day to day costs like fuel etc.

Yesterday - the mechanic phoned and said that the repairs were not that much and it only cost R500 - that leaves me with enough to get through to the end of the month. #Miracle3

Over and above these 3 miracles, God worked it so that money I owed on my mobile phone was scrapped by the provider out of "Good will" let me quote the mail I received from the provider here as proof:

" IMPORTANT: I will do a ONCE OFF GOODWILL RETARIFF. What this means is that i will credit the Data Charges on Invoice 03/12/2013 and your Proposed Invoice, and bill you for a 1.5gig Data Bundle, R299 Incl Vat for the Extra Data used."

This was God's Goodwill, not long after this I received a Bill for a Letter of Demand I had no knowledge of from our landlord. I went to the Prayer Chat and my brother Tezza said a prayer for me, by COB that day, I received a reply:

"Ek sukkel om klaarheid te kry oor die aangeleentheid, maar het besluit om die regskostes terug te skryf en die lêer te sluit."

Translated into English: "I am unable to get clarity as to what the charge is for, but we have reversed the legal fees and we have closed off the file"


So I just want to say PRAISE GOD! He helps where help is needed. Walk in Faith always!

Oh ya! The Lord delivers yet again! Your obviously walking in faith, and like the word says, it is never in vain. Praise the Lord God in the highest! Thank you for this wonderful update. God bless your family. Joel
