Just curious, is it normal counselling or counselling with a pastor? I've tried normal counselling - it was a flop for me but good thing I didn't have to pay for it! But pastoral counselling worked better for me.

Edit: it was a flop because the counsellor couldn't understand my Christian point of view. She kept applying psychology and science to questions on morals and beliefs.
