Its fairly easy to hide things from people. If it seems like your family doesn't appreciate how bad your situation is it might be because they really don't grasp it. You need to reach out to someone and get help and your family is a good place to start even if it is very difficult to do so.

Lord, I pray against anxiety and depression. I pray You would supernaturally lift off fear and grant good sleep. I pray for perseverance and success. In Christ's Name, Amen.

I haven't been on for a week or so and I am glad so many are praying for you, so am I. Know this I do understand some of the torment you are going through. My wife suffers from severe clinical depression and has tried four times to end her life and has been hospitalized (sectioned) twice. Most of this was before I met her, and before she met with Jesus but I knew what I was doing when I married her and I don't regret it one bit. with the help of a CPN (community psychiatric nurse), she copes.
In my understanding of your problem- I pray for your release, and a breakthrough of the covering of the darkness that presses in. Jesus In your name release Gail, set her free from the bonds that bind. Bass aen da cous ess ess. Amen

I know it's been a while, and I hope the Lord has heard prayers, and is healing, helping you. This might be of some help. The devil isn't our friend, he is a thief, that robs of sleep, worrying, and a liar, that God's word isn't true, and a destroyer. I've been attacked a lot. Finally the Lord spoke to me, and said, enough is enough , and he is stepping in. What the HOly spirit said, is something very terrible, and I will not announce it on here, he does destroy the enemies. He steps in and totally destroys them. He is our confidance, Who is like our God, the mountains, stand, upon the earth, with all their heaviness, the waters know to recede back from destroying the earth, the planets roll in perfect ways, in space without nothing holding them but the word and power of our God, who is he that thinks he's going to stand up to him, and come against him, he will destroy them.
Your enemies, those shackles in your mind, your emotions, he is able, FAther, in the mighty name of our savior Jesus, break these strongholds, I ask surround her with a mighty fortress of your peace. I apply the blood of our savior to her life, mind, spirit, and everything you gave her, in Jesus name. amen.
