While it's not hot lines I am in a similar situation. Thankfully there have been wonderful people on here to offer support and encouragement. Don't give up. God is greater than our sin. Do something that puts your mind away from such things. Surround yourself in a room with people. I realized it's harder to fall to temptation when you're in a room with others.
When tempted, begin to praise God and give thanks for everything you can think of that is good in your life. Praise truly brings the anointing of the Holy Spirit upon you. In Psalm we are told that praise silences the enemy. Praise while you visualize the Lord's presence. Praise the name of Jesus. Praise the power in that name.
