The biggest problem is that his parents and their doctor are not taking his symptoms seriously, and he us losing out in valuable intervention time. He is z21 months, and can't speak a wore, doesn't communicate, but has a huge voculary of words he can identify.

Please pray also they will follow through on their early Christian faith, which they still believe, but are not growing,

I'm sorry that this is happening to your grandson. My brother got diagnosed around that age if not a little bit older by the time my parents got him checked out. He started to decline on what ever progress he had, which included his speech and motor skills he had before it. Hopefully that won't be the case and if so then it's better to have it known sooner rather than later.

Angela...how is your wrist healing? ♥

My mother says my sister Carol didn't talk till she was almost 3...pretty late for a girl.
She pointed, and understood all that people said to her.
She's absolutely brilliant, and though she doesn't enjoy talking to strangers,
I'm blessed she talks to me every Tuesday morning. (phone date!)

praying for your little grandson and all that concerns him. ♥

That is so encouraging. I just have heard so much about autism, worried it might be that, and the importance of early intervention.

Wrist is less sore, but not healing very fast. I'm 30% behind in healing. And very tired of using my left hand. Thanks for asking! And one finger typing! Oh the errors!
