OK so im a christian but i feel so week and i want to be closer to god. I realy need prayer and suport right now...not to be selfish i just would realy love some help. It would be nice to have some people to pray with me and help me get stronger

Hello Folks,
I really feel lost and not connected to God anymore. I've got a job, When I get home, all I wanna do is eat dinner and take a load off my feet for a while ,and watch the news or a favorite tv show. I know God watches over all of us 24/7. Why can't I get back to the bible, have I lost my salvation already. Or Am I headed to Hell with a hand basket ? How Can I get back to God ? Got Any suggestions ?

Cynthia, you can't lose your salvation. The only way for that would be either God went back on His word, which He NEVER does, or something would have to wash Jesus' blood away, and NOTHING can do that. It's not possible, once you accept Christ, it's eternal. Either you're saved or not, once saved you can't lose it I'm telling you, the Bible says so which is God's word. God's word speaks only truth, once that blood is applied and your name is written in the book of life, it's there for eternity. I'll pray for you though, you've just kind of gotten away from God some, we all do that in life. He can and will draw you back to Him. God bless you.
