....Also, photos in chat profiles should be with appropriate clothing and not provocative.

(from the CC rules)

Shouldn't it be in the rules that this applies on how people appear on cam too?
Just a suggestion.

Much of the policing that goes on here has to be done by users, this is why there are report buttons under every post. Mods don't have time to go through every profile, every picture and every post, so if you see something then it's up to you to report it.
But the mods get so flooded with reports that aren't actually against the rules, just people being pissy, that they spend a lot of time checking into false reports. Many of the reports are for someone having a different doctrine and things such as that. Personal, petty stuff, not real rules being broken.

It does apply to chat also even though it is not specifically stated. We expect men to have shirts on and women to be wearing shirts that properly cover them if they are going to use their webcam.

Just because we don't take action on every reported post does not mean we don't enforce the rules. I've found over the years that a given number of users seem to think we should moderate this site according to their wishes rather than according to site policies. As Ugly stated we don't have the time to read every post in every forum so we do rely on users to report problematic activity, but we do look at every reported post.

Oh, yes.Fair enough. This sounds like a reasonable suggestion, since there are rules for those that provide the seedboxes there should be rules for the receivers too.1
