I would like to suggest that we be allowed to use the emojis that are on the keyboard like if you're like me and use an iPod touch 5G. Or an iPhone. Is that possible to allow them to be used in a post?

Probably not likely you can use them now.
But there are already a multitude of requests to add more smileys and whatnot to both chats and forums.
