I think the moderators need to have a room for them only to meet and discuss the unGodly issues that take place in the rooms and in pms that are reported.
As a church group of leaders they need to congregate and meet so that God can correct and ReLead them as to what needs to be improved in this website---and there is a LOT!
Maybe a weekly meeting monthly or what ever set up God calls for from His Oveseers of these rooms (moreso in Bible Study Room). would be a great way to improve the Works God is Doing in these rooms and Those who He appointed to Oversee that His Word is Correctly shared and Abided in by others.
Also the meeting can work to make any moves or repremends needed on a mod or user who needs correction from the Head leader/owner ---after God Directs it~!
The Overseers /Leaders Here are judged at a higher Standard by God--and need to be Renewed and Retrained by Him Together to serve the Room as One with God as Leaders!
