When you post or edit your post in a forum thread, you have only "Save Changes" and "Preview Changes" possibilities.

If you want to take cancel, you must go back in a browser history.

If I happen to remember when I get home from work tonight, I'll post some screen shots. As I said, you do not have to go backwards in browser history to "Cancel" a post that you started typing.

Try this -- when you create or edit a post - open it with: 'right click' -> 'open in new tab / window'.

( Of course, if you edit a post in a tab or window that was created "new" when you initially created the post -- then, you already have the "extra" tab or window - that can be "thrown away"... )

Change your mind? Throw away the tab / window that you opened.

:)

"Didn't mean to 'upstage' you, Jim..."

I, for one, am still curious about whatever you were going to post.

Or - did I [ essentially ] say it in my previous post?
