I have seen some sticky that showed people how to log into chat or report offending post.

Personally I am not good with the whole screenshot thing, but perhaps someone can write and post a thread for new users and maybe old users explaining the many unique features on CC.

Topics like:

1. Rules & sticky notes what admin has to say to CC users(maybe have a page that lists all the sticky from all the different forum?)
2. What should and shouldn't be reported and the report button
3. Difference between live chat and forums


(the below could be put as a sticky in the user tech forum)
4. How to use your ignore lists
5. How to add friends
6. How to send and receive pms

I just realized that some people might not read the Sticky notes because they don't realize it's from the admins...so maybe just a mention Or link to them in the rules page?

Yeah but some folks don't know that stickies are from admin.., so something more official or one sentence in rules *for more information or help with site, see stickies above each forum"

Better worded but the general idea.

As there are hundreds of threads to see, it may help for old and new members to note this line above the first post. To help others see how impt some threads are, i esp. want to point out the Rate This Thread feature which even i forget to use, but which i think kind of helpful.
