Oh, no. No need to suspect. There is.

Not everybody is who they say they are, for example. It takes discernment many times.

Careful.
I would say the next step would be an investigation. We will all take pictures of our thumbs, and if any thumb matches the one in the photograph (other than WineRoses's), then we will have exposed this malevolent plot.

A way to anonymously make confessions would be great. As long as people were careful about how they wrote their posts (because some folks have a very specific way of speaking when they type their posts), then being able to anonymously confess things they are struggling with or that are bothering them would be great. Not that it wouldn't come with a truckload of judgmental responses from the peanut gallery here at CC, but it would be nice to sometimes say things without the automatic judgmental eye being cast on them from the holier-than-thou crowd.

Can't say that I agree much with the Catholic church. Their doctrines and politics kind of irk me.

For real, though, confession is amazing. Truly. That priest can't forgive sin, but having him there to listen can be a very cleansing experience. I highly recommend it.

How about confessing those sins to our great high priest who is Jesus Christ, himself. The only mediator between God and man as said in Hebrews. God bless. :)

You're right, but having someone there to talk to about it and give feedback is very therapeutic. It's their job in that situation, kind of like a therapist, but without the whole mental health system agenda attached.

"Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." -James 5:16

Rice cakes were never really rice to begin with, no...

They are actually jelly filled donuts!

(And yes. This is a 100% legit screenshot. This is actually a thing that exists. Google it.)
