1) Tabbed chat rooms - It should be like the new java applet (yes I know it's not java here) in the way you can browse rooms. I think it should have tabs so you can be in multiple rooms.. Which ever room you're in is the one that hears your mic and that you hear others' as well. Simple.
2) Alternative Photo Uploader - This current one dislikes certain computers and can't handle 3 photo uploads. Perhaps a more simple direct-to-browse type uploader? Just saying more then one should be offered just in case the primary argues with the user's computer.
