I noticed all guests are assumed to be male by the fact they are all given a blue (male) designator. Although they can't even talk might it be good to give them their own gender neutral colour, say purple?

Thanks to piff for suggesting purple :)

Since they can't talk anyway, what does it matter?

Mat 25:44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
Mat 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

My only thought is to make EVERYONE comfortable who comes along, even as a guest (stranger)

They can't talk or interact. I'm sure that's a bigger problem than being anonymous with a potentially misplaced gender application. If someone is so uncomfortable that they are bothered the fact that the non-account icon is not gender neutral they have much bigger problems that need to be addressed. Or they are a liberal. But that still indicates someone that needs help, so it's redundant I suppose.
And a horrible misuse of scripture. Has nothing at all to do with anything discussed here. We went from hungry, thirsty and in prison to 'the chat site I'm anonymously visiting labeled my guest account as male'. /smh

Twisting facts to suit your agenda. Pushing for gender neutrality. Afraid of offending anyone in the slightest. You Are a liberal!

Attacked and labelled? Jings. I forgive you though.

I spoke to RoboOp about it and he said they are already being greyed in the app, just hasn't caught up with the flash version yet.

If you knew me at all, instead of just judging from a post, you'd know I'm about as scared of offending people as you are :) but that I also like to accommodate others.

The chat rooms are a waste of time. More meaningful and in-depth conversation takes place in the forums. That's where the action is. All the chats are really is just a lot of nonsensical babbling.

we've been treated like 'more than 'guests' since we were LED here...
why or what would a 'color' mean, other than a kind of 'personal separation'
or perhaps trying to create a 'caste-cycle'?

Perhaps they just need to join CC and be done with it! Why cater to people who are lurkers? Oops, sorry, I didn't mean to insult anyone, I just really don't get why people would go to chat and not be a member. Bad enough lurkers in the forums. At least they might just be checking things out with the intention of joining if they feel comfortable.

Or is this some kind of age thing that I am out of touch with? I thought I was doing well at my age! LOL
